The Mighty Patch Invisible Patches are by far the best acne patches I’ve ever used! They are ultra-thin, discreet, and stick really well throughout the day without peeling off. I love that they come in both medium and small sizes, so they fit perfectly on different spots and blemishes. Most importantly, they are very effective — they visibly reduce redness and help draw out impurities overnight or during the day, making pimples heal faster. These patches stay invisible, which is a huge plus. I’ve tried many acne patches before, and none work as consistently and reliably as these. These Mighty Patch Invisible+ patches really live up to their name. I’ve tried a few acne patches before, but these are by far the least noticeable on my skin. They’re ultra thin and blend in surprisingly well, especially during the day. I’ve worn them to work and even out running errands, and no one noticed unless I pointed it out. They stick well, don’t peel up at the edges, and stay put for hours. I’ve seen noticeable improvement overnight and even within a few hours for smaller blemishes. The mix of medium and small sizes is perfect for different spots. Definitely a staple in my skincare routine now.

These are the best. When I have a pimple I wear one every night until it is gone and it really saves me from popping or picking at my pimples and then they ultimately heal faster. The invisible kind is also less noticeable than the original which is nice.

Works very well. It is mainly best for mild to moderate acne and removes the dirt, pore clogging gunk and in some cases the whole pimple. It works by gradually over the course of 6 to 8 hours or more with special ingredients provided in the patch to minimize the pimple and pull the dirt, gunk as well as pimple out. You will notice that it’s working when the patch looks like it puffed up or has residue under it. If your acne has been around for several weeks or is severe, it won’t work. You can leave them on overnight or for the recommended time frame. They aren’t as invisible as they claim to be and the pictures/description are kind of deceiving. They have a slight yellow color to them and can be seen over top of each pimple. Overall? I love these for mild to moderate acne.

I sweeeeeeear by these. As an oily hormonal acne girl I buy these patches at least once a month!!! Skin is clear in about in two days. No pain in the application or removal of the product! Extremely effective

Omg these work! I’ve had a few stubborn under the skin types of blemishes and after a couple applications they work! Drawing the stuff to the surface and peeling it off / it’s an amazing feeling!

Talk about a life saver. These things work so well and they hide the pimple pretty well during the day and make the pimples less noticeable while they heal. These are a better brand than others I’ve tried.
