i purchased this chandelier for its looks and size. i wanted something to fill a huge entryway opening and this worked out perfectly. it hangs low enough that the entryway does not have an empty feel. i like that the chandelier actually lights all the way up from the top of the ceiling rather that most typical chandeliers that just hang down on a chain. the looks is very contemporary which flows well with the design of the house. it is definitely an attention getter, this thing will get noticed right away. i personally love the chandelier and so far my family has been impressed with it as well, no one else has seen it but im sure they will be impressed as well. i only gave it 4 out of 5 stars due to the somewhat time consuming way of adding the big round crystals to the end of the strings. also the bracket that holds the light to the ceiling mount is not as sturdy as i would prefer since this light has a good sturdy weight to it. im very happy with the purchase overall and would definitely recommend it

The light is very beautiful and the entire family was stunned by it. I will skip the praise and note down a few tricks for installation.1. 6 halogen bulbs were provided but you'd better use LED. Yes GU10 LED bulbs work with this light.2. Do not try to put on all crystal balls before installing it on the ceiling. Only put on crystal balls on the short strings (on the outer rim) because once it's hung they are higher up in the ceiling and harder to reach. I made the mistake of putting on almost all crystal balls before putting it to the ceiling. Not only did it make the fixture very heavy to handle, also all the strings were tangled and it took us 2+ hours to remove the crystal balls and untangle. In order to put on the crystal balls AFTER the light fixture is installed on the ceiling, apparently you need a high ladder (or a platform) on which you can reach it.3. You do need 2 people to install it on the ceiling. Screwing in the 4 caps is very hard, especially the last one. Good luck.But it's worth the effort. It's so beautiful.

When we changed the window in out foyer, we figured we needed something big to fill up the room and make a statement. Although, the picture doesn't say a lot about the beauty of this chandelier, we decided to buy it.The chandelier is gorgeous, is noted by all the neighbors and whoever enters in our house can't help to notice how beautiful this thing is. The crystals seem pretty well done, and of good quality, although you will never really touch them after you put them up.- the only draw back is the actual support that goes attached to the ceiling. It is a little flimsy, and you need to put some extra screws to make sure it stays nice and snug on the ceiling, or else you will see some space between the top plate and the ceiling. The electrical part seems made in a kinda cheep way as well, but some snap ties and electrical tape take care of the secondary issue.

This piece is absolutely stunning. I have it hung in a two-story foyer, directly behind a large window. When it is fully illuminated the crystals sparkle like crazy. The effect of the spiral, created by the larger crystals, is very visually interesting. The piece looks much more expensive. I recently saw a similar design in a showroom for well over $2,000.Putting the chandelier up was not difficult, assuming you are familiar with hanging lights and are physically dexterous. The individual strands are placed neatly into their own bags. If you work from the center of the chandelier outward, only taking the strands out of the bag as you are ready to place a large crystal on it, there is no problem and few tangles. If you are working on a ladder, be prepared to have assistance, especially in getting the chandelier initially hung. It isn't heavy, but at over 2' wide it is a challenge alone. Oh, and don't try to put the large crystals on the chandelier before you hang it ... I can't even imagine what a nightmare that would turn into.The piece shipped quickly and arrived without damage. I could not be more pleased!

We bought this for our new home and were really sceptical but it shipped in a good condition. Everything was intact. It took a good few hours to assemble everything but it was worth it and looks beautiful! Theres a total of 6 leds and for our light all 6 dont light up at once. 5 of them turn on and the 6th takes a few seconds. Either way we are very pleased and got a lot of good comments on it.

To start with, this is a beautiful chandelier. I do love it. However, after I ordered it, the company, which I am guessing is headquartered in another country, somehow lost my shipment. Completely lost it. Unfortunately I had planned the shipment to come in with even several extra days built in to be able to install without issues. We were remodeling an older home, and this was to be installed before the stair railings and carpet. Since they lost it and it came in after this, we were forced to pay more for installation, as there was no easy access to where this was going to hang. When I contacted the company to try to get some sort of compensation, as it was completely their error, they had no intention of being willing to do anything to correct the issue. I was quite frustrated with this company. I would never buy from them again. Yes, the chandelier is beautiful. Lots of good compliments. But it took 2 people 5 hrs to install it, and they felt the base needed additional stability, so they helped that out as well.

Bought it after reading all the positive reviews, and I'm glad I did it! I have returned two other expensive ones ordered on another websites. Both cost more a grand, but either low quality ( crystal balls keep falling) or poor design( strings keep tangled together). I was a little hesitate before order this one. But thanks to all the reviews, I did the last try and it turned out fabulous, a bit short for my 18 feet foyer though.

It's simple and elegant, looks decent.Worth for the money. You need professional to install. You need to buy LED bulbs, the bulbs which comes in the box are

The product must come with a certificate about its installation and usage in Canada. It is so difficult and cumbersome to get one from the seller. If you install it without the safety certificate and there is some electrical accident like fire, the insurance shall most likely not cover the damages. It should be simple. Every item sold in Canada must come with a certificate. if not, tell the customers that the product cannot be sold in Canada.Still trying to get the certificate before I can install it. If not, I shall need to return it.
