Bees like it, I like it, everybody happy..
Nice smell, kinda like something back from college days. Can;t quite remember what it was. Maybe best to just smell and not inhale :-) Bees are calm & mellow after a quick hit.... Good stuff

Easy to use and take up very little space
We usually use pine needles since that are all around our property. We did not store enough (pine needles) recently and we were having a rainy week so we decide to give the pellets a shot. I am happy with the product. It worked well and lasted longer than our pine needles. The bees were calm and I did not notice any unusual behavior from them due to being smoked by a new product. I like that these can easily be carried on me in a pouch. I think I will continue using them as a back up source simply because the pine needles are free and do the job.

UPDATE... USED THEM TODAY TWO PIECES WAS enough to inspect 5 hives. No flame just smoldering embers.. pinched a edge to make easy lighting point. Lite with lighter and started smoking. Maybe drop them on some other burlap or tinder for longer burn times Looks like they will burn well... light herbal kinda smell

The most important to know is it works
Hi thank you for this product. It has a wonderful smell as well keeps my smoker going. So far I have not been stung yet using it. Not sure if it is the pellets or my timing on when I work my bees. But if it is both working together it works for me. I am calm and my girls (bees) are calm. Thank you again and yes I would keep buying this product.

Works like a champ
Works like a champ. One pellet is enough to thoroughly inspect 5 or 6 hives. I usually use pine chips, but thought I'd give this a go. The pellet format is easy to use and fits in my tool bag easily. I was surprised how much smoke one pellet generated.

Not satisfied
Does not produce enough smoke..... Even tried mixing with pine straw, works ok but burns up in less than 10 min. Then went back to standard pine straw only. Waste of money for me.

Smells awful!
These STINK SO BAD! Used 3 the first day and couldn't use any more. Gross!

Tiny pellets
Works OK but you need several of them to get much smoke.
