After a few days I noticed some extra clarity. I have tried many supplements, and have stopped ones that didn't have the effect expected (ignoring that some have no effect, but are for a different purpose, such as vitamins). I will continue to follow the research on this ingredient. Like others, I am taking it sub-lingually (under the tongue). I pull apart a capsule, and put the powder in my mouth. The taste is bland, and the amount is small, which is great. It generally takes 5 to 10 minutes. Sometimes after taking this, I add my (morning) NMN powder, which has a citrus-like taste.

A regular part of my supplement routine. Recommended as a mood enhancer, I don't know if it works but it's not expensive and I have been using it for a while. I don't want to stop it to see since everything is good for me mood and energy wise. I take it with NADH supplement.

This really shuts down my cravings for food but it also gives me headaches. When I stop taking it the headaches go away. When I start taking it again the heads come back. Really disappointing.

I am not sure how this chemistry works. I bought it because my first name has seven letters and my last name has eight letters surprisingly this stuff allows you to feel happiness when you are doing things you really enjoy; your brain will greatly appreciate the supplement!
