Love the look and feel, 14 gauge is more like 16 gauge
The media could not be loaded. Here's how I got it in.2 pair of needle nose pliers. 1st aid cream to easily get jewelry in and out. Put the big part of the ring in your body ( in my case, belly button). With the pliers, hold one end of the big ring steady. With the other plier, put one end of the small peice on the large end of the ring that's not being held with plier. Now, you just need to get the last 2 ends together. Bring the ends together ( like a hinge with the other 2 ends staying together). Slightly push with each plirer to make enough tension to make the gap of the hoop ever so slightly bigger. Put the ends into place, release tension lock.I had to practice to learn to put it together.Super cute.Doesn't seem as thick as my other 14 gauge jewelry. Seems thinner. I compared jewelry. It's thinner

Product is cute but SO HARD TO PUT BACK TOGETHER!!
The simplicity of this jewelry is what made me want to purchase it - I think it is so delicate and feminine as a belly button ring and I love the way it looks and how comfortable it is while in. HOWEVER - the product reviews on how hard it is to get back together are completely true! It comes in a hoop but separates into two 1/4 circle and 3/4 circle pieces I had to use tweezers and turn my belly button piercing to be flat to the table to push the little piece back in. I was so afraid I was going to rip my belly button right off and cannot imagine putting this piercing elsewhere (boobs or nose) without hurting myself.

Great little ring for piercings
I had read some reviews that said this ring was hard to close. It's true, but only if you try to do it with your fingers. Anyone who is used to or familiar with stainless steel rings know that certain kinds require tools, such a pillars, to close.I ordered a 14g-10mm ring first and it was too big for my taste. I did need pillars to "snap" the ring close. The second time around I ordered a 14g-8mm ring. I was much happier with how small it was, BUT it was so small it required 2 pairs of pillars, one to hold the ring and one to hold the close piece and snap into place. All & all I am totally happy with the jewelry...small, simple, and secure.

Most Comfortable Style Ring I’ve Tried
I got this belly ring because the traditional bar-style rings would get irritated and uncomfortable underneath the uniform/gear I have to wear at work. I was hoping the infinity style ring would be more comfortable and snag less. It fit perfectly in a standard belly piercing done by a professional (I don’t know if it will fit if you pierced yourself at home). It takes some finessing to get it open and put back together again. I found two pairs of needle nose pliers worked the best: one pair to hold the ring and the other to hold the small removable segment to pull it out and push it back in. Now that the piercing is in and back in one whole piece, you can spin it around infinite times and there’s no edges or anything to get snagged on. It is super comfortable and minimalistic. I’m very happy with it.

Awesome, except too difficult to open.
Good first... LOVE the look and feel. Very secure, really not likely to fall out.Now bad...(Forbidden Jewelry, I hope you're paying attention...) WAY TOO DIFFICULT TO OPEN. It took review from other user to install. (thank you "Sam") nail clipper suggestion worked. I shouldn't need to break out the toolbox to change a simple piercing.Still beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for.6 out of 10 with current, terrible instructions. With usable, useful instructions (please, no tools), absolutely 10 OUT OF 10!!!

Bad product
This is suppose to be stainless steel but it faded. I purchased for my new belly ring I sure hope this does not set up infection because it is not stainless steel.

Does not clasp
It’s cute in my ear but almost impossible to get in to my daith piercing since it’s not a clasp. A piece actually pops out of it and you have to figure out how to get it back in to close the circle. Took me about 20 minutes, on the verge of giving up. Not a good earring if you like to switch out the jewelry often. I just put it in so if it starts bothering me I’ll update this review.

Came broken
really dissapointed, it came broken and when I tried to put it back in place I'm confused as to how this is even a jewelry piece because of how it is built, it doesn't look like it's meant to be put in and out but idk... will be returning :/

waste of money unless you have saintly patience
i thought this was a hinged segment ring, the segment popped out and i lost it immediately within an hour of opening my package and i ended up throwing the rest of the ring in the trash. the pieces are too small and easy to lose and i could not for the life of me get the segment to stay in when i was trying to wear the ring in my lip, but i could get it in easy when the ring was not in my lip

Nope
Wayyyyy to hard to open and close, the part that opens comes off and good luck getting it back in. Requires plyers, had to return

Defective
This product broke very easily as I was putting it on. One of the sides chipped off as I was trying to insert it into place.
