Works well for IEM (In Ear Monitor)
I stumbled on this brand many ears ago when Amazon was young. These are good quality. I've only needed to replace them due to loss, never due to poor workmanship. Very clear across the whole musical spectrum. Even the Bass response is good. They are clear at low volume, too. I prefer them over the SE425 for clarity at low volume.

Stop reading and just buy these...right now.
I honestly can't say enough great things about these buds. They have knocked it out of the park with these.Make sure you find the right tips though, they will dramatically change the sound you get from these, if you don't have a nice seal, they're going to sound weak (as is the case with any earbuds). The sound:For this price, you honestly can't beat the sound from these. I have the Bose QC 35 II's for travel and quality and they're good, but these honestly outclass my Bose in sound quality. They have a much fuller sound and have a great sound stage. The Bose will always be my go-to for creating a quiet space, but these will always be my go-to for anything else audio related. The bass is nice and present - it doesn't pound away at you like some 'bass-boosted' earbuds or headphones do, but the bass is definitely there. When you crank it up, it will get punchy for those who enjoy that, but you will be able to differentiate the bass/lows from the mids and highs in a truly unique way. For the casual audiophile or someone who is new to the space or looking for an upgrade, I like to call these the "hit it and quit it" earbuds because every instrument, note, sound effect etc. has a newly defined purpose. They hit and immediately back off. No more are the days of sounds bleeding together making it sound like one jumbled sound orgy in your ear.The mids are absolutely perfect. They're extremely well balanced and slot in beautifully to support the lows and the highs. The highs are right in that sweet spot of being distinguishable without ever reaching that point of shrill as you get in some other products. The notes ring true the higher and higher they go which is something you can't find everywhere.Comfort:These things are absolutely comfortable, both on and in-ear. I wear glasses and these sit nicely tucked behind my ear and I have never felt any sort of pain, unless I'm forcefully pulling on the cable for some reason, but that's my own fault, otherwise these are extremely comfortable. In-ear they're a blessing. Like I said, find the right tips. I use the medium size ones that come pre-installed and found that they work the best. But these don't have any sort of proprietary fitting to them, so if you love your custom tips, you can slap those on here too.Value for the money?Hell. Yes.I just compared these to a roughly $300 pair of headphones that are arguably the best in their class. While there are MUCH more expensive peripherals out there in both departments, for the general consumer who is willing to spend a good amount for quality, I can HIGHLY recommend these as the go-to earbuds over all else...and they don't even break the bank. If I dropped these out of my car and they were run over, I would immediately purchase another pair and not have to worry about budgeting for them.I can't recommend these enough. They are everything you've been looking for. Think back to all of the investments you've made in the past and how they've disappointed you...these will do no such thing. They're great for Hi-Fi audio, gaming, and podcasting/content creating, and overall casual listening.

Required some tweeks but I ended up loving them
Credibility aside I really really love music,so just imagine the amount of research I put in trying to find a decently priced pair of earphones that sounded good. So I found these.I've always read reviews of high-end headphones or earphones having a great soundstage. I never really knew what this meant until I got these. These earphones accurately interpret the space in which the music was recorded. For example, there is this one song by Lupe fiasco where there was police sirens, and while I was listening to the song I was walking and I swore that those sirens were coming from the real world, because the sound sounded so distant yet so clear that I only could have surmised that a police car was down the road. But when I realized it wasn't I was amazed. Even just listening in my own home where it was quiet, it almost felts as if the whole room is lit with music.Okay the comfort was something that I actually was really concerned with. At first the earphones we're quite uncomfortable to wear for the first few weeks of having them. But because the sound of the earphones was so good I constantly debated in my head without concluding whether I should return them or not. But after those weeks, which at most I think it was about three weeks, the fatigue and pain of wearing them subsided. I also realized that the earphones are supposed to rest with a slight twist when in your ear. And adjusting after that fact, I no longer had any problems with comfort and sometimes I even forgot I had them on.Okay, now this sound quality aspect of the review specifically caters to people with Android because Apple users might have a different experience. So when I first heard these headphones I disliked how they sounded really muffled and how the bass overpower every other aspect of the sound frequencies. So in the Spotify app I went on to the EQ and adjusted the high frequencies to be more accentuated and less muffled (I included a picture of this in a review). And once I did this, oh my God these earphones sounded absolutely amazing. As much as I tried to nitpick the sound, it was impossible, they sounded that good. The bass the highs and the mids all performed in beautiful in harmony. I can go more in-depth but I will go on forever, these are an incredibly fun sounding pair of IEMS. In my other pairs of earphones that I had which were the Sennheiser momentum HD1 in ears I never liked using the EQ because I like a balanced frequency setting. So when I adjusted the EQ for these KZ's I thought it might have been a placebo, but it's been almost 3 months having these earphones and I haven't had one moment of regret when listening to them. Give them a try.By the way, for less than $100 you're getting an absolutely amazing price, I've tried 200-plus dollar earphones and these are by far are a lot better sounding.
