Love doughnuts, love this book.
Bought it as a present for a student madly in love with doughnuts. Her first question was 'Does it show how to fill them with jam?' And the answer was , yes!

Doughnuts: Delicious Recipes for Finger-Licking Treats
Inventive recipes such as Cherry Cheesecake Doughnuts, Caramel Fudge, Giant Doughnut Birthday Cake, Doughnut Croquembouche, and Vanilla Cream Doughnuts, which I am looking forward to trying since I can't have chocolate. The recipes are in English and American, so you don't have to convert anything, and I like that a lot. The pictures are excellent as well.
