Serious power. It came uncharged and took over 24 hours to fully charge, keep this in mind if you need it when you travel, it's not something you will charge at the last minute to take. With that said, it holds some serious power to charge your device multiple times. I have an older Galaxy S5 and it managed to charge it and the indicator on the power bank was only down to 89%. The only downside would be the size of it. It's not exactly something you are going to carry in your pocket for emergency charges, More likely I'll use it when camping or at other times an outlet is not available. Definitely can use it to charge other smaller power banks that are easier to carry if that is what you need.

I have been using this power bank for a month and it is very useful for me . Since I will be on whole day meeting I need to charge my phone twice or thrice . Worst part is need to search for power socket and need sit next to my phone. With this power bank all that hassle are gone. Power bank comes with quick charge so it charges the phone fastly. It is handy and we can carry on our Jean pocket . I would definitely recommend this product

I bought four of these. One for my wife, my son, daughter and myself. The charge lasts for a very long time and is nice to have the ability to charge your phone while at the ballpark or cheer competition. I like the fact that it has different types of plugins for many common devises. It may be a little bulky but it is not bad considering the multiple time you have to charge your phone. I used mine this past weekend, charged my phone to 100% and also charges an ipad and still had 80% left. Glad I chose this brand!!

OK, the product is heavy. It’s like carrying around a brick. But it is a brick that will keep your phone charged for days. It’s absolutely amazing for long road trips where you may not have access to charging stations. Camping trips where there’s no electrical hook up, Or as a Shipt shopper who is out all day and night and needs the extra juice! I also love the fact that I can charge multiple devices at the same time.

I have 3 external batteries, out of the this is the best. It charges fastly in 2 hours and it will recharge a phone in 40 mins for 80%. It also has 2 USB ports to simultaneously charge 2 devices which is super good. Also it has digits to show the battery life which is helpful. Only downside is it is bulky and heavier, which is expected of 20k mAh battery.

Although the vendor may think it’s reasonable for it to be so heavy, it’s too heavy to travel with. The battery itself is great and last a long time.

Did a road trip from Sacramento to Anaheim (6-7 hours) charging both my cell phone and mini iPad with life left to spare. Recharged overnight to 100% then all day at Disneyland 8am to 1am and I still had 35% left my n the battery. Live the digital indicator so I don't have to guess at how much life is left.
