Wheel Nut Indicators are placed over the top of the wheel nut once is has been torqued to the correct specification and checked in accordance with CPC regulation
When a wheel nut loosens the WNLTs will turn with the nut thus breaking the pattern and visibly identifying a safety hazard.
The wheel nut must be torqued to the recommended value before fitting and checked in accordance with CPC legislation and a qualified CPC driver.

Its use allows accurate monitoring for loose wheel nuts and helps prevent wheel hub damage or the loss of a road wheel should a wheel nut loosen. WNIs are manufactured to the highest quality using impact co-polymer polypropylene, which gives excellent rigidity and high impact resistance.
