Great Inexpensive Battery Worklights! But...
One of my two lights was DOA, but quickly and cheerfully replaced by the company. I’ve been using them for a variety of purposes and even accidently sprayed them with a hose, they’ve performed like champs! They’re too bright to look at directly fully charged and the “kickstand” handle is nicely stiff and can point the light at a wide variety of angles. The kickstand is more impressive than I expected, internally it is spring loaded and has a cam to insure stiffness/position. They lights have a good feel and heft to them. They feel rugged and I’ve accidentally dropped them from a few inches and knocked them over with no ill effects. One downside is the on/off switch cycles through the 3 functions, which means you have to go through the “strobe” feature to turn the light fully off. The strobe is intense and fast, and I have to admit I close my eyes while cycling through to off – if you want to attract someone’s attention that mode will do it.On the full brightness setting it took 5.5 hours for the batteries to discharge from 4.14V to 2.65V. Using a light meter cellphone app and a notepad a foot away as a reflecting surface, at full charge it was 118 lux which is slightly above 1500 lumens. Like all battery powered lights without a constant voltage circuit, as the voltage drops so does the brightness, but since the lithium chemistry has a pretty flat discharge voltage the light brightness was fairly good, 97 lux after 3 hours (3.57V), 75 lux at 4 hours (3.44V), and 55 lux at 5 hours (3.18V). I didn’t test the other brightness setting, but it appears to be half the brightness, so should easily last 8 hours. The lens was clear and didn’t cast any shadows or odd striations on my work surface. The lens housing is also recessed, so it’s less likely to get scratched up in a busy work environment. The light has a USB charger built in which is a nice convenience and did a great job on the provided batteries cutting off at 4.14V, just under the 4.2V max like it should. While charging the red LED next to the charge port blinks, when it stops blinking the batteries are fully charged. Fully depleted, the battery takes a long time to charge up, at least 6 hours. Much to my surprise is that there is also a functional USB output power port, so while camping if your batteries had a charge you should be able to charge up your cell phone if needed. When you plug something into that USB port and remove power, a green LED comes on. The USB output port only works with 18650 batteries though, so you can’t charge your phone from AA batteries. What the light doesn’t have is a low-voltage cutoff, and that’s a shame as it’s going to otherwise cause a lot of bad reviews about “dead” batteries. These lights come with Lithium Polymer batteries which can be great as they have a good power density; but all of the lithium chemistries are a bit different and LiPo’s kryptonite is low voltage. So, if you run them too long and their voltage gets too low the batteries cannot be recharged (at least not easily). This is for safety because the internal resistance is high when fully depleted, so recharging makes them a fire hazard. Unless you’re a battery guru, if you let the lights die on this unit you can kiss the batteries goodbye, a real shame because they would otherwise have 100s of cycles in them.LiPos self discharge ~5%/month. If you use it all the time you’ll want to recharged them after each use. If for emergency purposes, an email reminder every few months to top them off. But, if you’re done camping and putting the light’s away for the season, folks say for long-term storage to keep LiPo cells charged around 3.7V before putting storing them for maximum shelf life. The warmer the storage area they are stored the quicker they will discharge.

Perfect work lights !! Long battery life !!
Bright & several levels & Blinking, lightweight, long lasting, & great portable charger ! My experiences below. 2 years & still glad I found themSo I got these Nov 2020, I saw a single one at Harbor freight with a discount checked Amazon found a 2 pack for even cheaper.Been a LIFE saver ... both came in handy when the power has gone out several times & I needed to get ready for work. Just recently when some kid got his car high center in my yard about 10 o’clock, I had to get up super early and didn’t want to leave him in the dark, handed one to him, saying leave it on the porch ( oh Yeah it was rainy & muddy) next morning there it was still working.I take it fishing with me, as I’m on the beach for 6+ hours and I’m able to keep my phone charged. Not sure exactly how long it takes to fully charge & if I had fully charged it for the last uses listed above but, Just last night while painting the complete bedroom with multiple coats this light was a life saver fairly light I was able to hold & paint at time. Work awesome to point decent sections of the walls and ceiling, even at distances...... I would of missed a LOT of spots and been kicking myself this morning. I went into the room this morning saw the light flipped facedown on the bed flipped it back over & it was still ON !! Little dimmer.I always pack these on day trips or heading on weekend outings, long road trip and ALWAYS handy around the house. Love these especially the price for TWO ! I saw just the other day a single one 30$ + so glad I checked Amazon.

Bright long lasting sturdy light at a great price
Very bright lights that last a long time. On high, the light is noticeably more dim than set on low after 8 hours, but still usable. On low, after 8 hours, there is virtually no change. Not real sure what the strobe function is for, but, it is easy enough to skip past. Click the power button once for high, again for low, again for strobe, and once more to shut off. Kickstand is sturdy. If I could make any improvement, it would be a hook and a magnetic back and base to further extend functionality, but few what it is and its price, I really can't complain.

Excellent value, very good build quality!
I got these lights mainly for my mom, she wanted some extra light to help with deteriorating eyesight, something small and portable but BRIGHT. We're both really impressed with these. In Low mode the batteries last a LONG time and is still bright enough for her. The plastic is tough - she dropped it a couple of times with no problems. The handle can be positioned to use it as a stand, or you can hang it or stick it to something metal using the magnet. I love that the rechargeable batteries are easily replaceable (common 18650 type); I haven't tried them using AAs yet, but I imagine it wouldn't last too long...still, having the option could be great for during a power outage. Very happy with the purchase, I might take one for myself LOL!

Super bright. Lightweight. Versitle. The magnets will actually hold them in place.
Very good for the money. I used 2 for an art display. Seems well built despite the plastic casing. Fully charged batteries will get about 5-6 hours. Charging the batteries takes a VERY long time.

Fabulous "DURABLE" product
OMG! I normally don't write reviews but must about this product.I was impressed by all the normal features like brightness, battery life and so on.Now for the real feature. You all know how ads have products being crushed, run over put under water. None beat my test (accidental). I placed the light in my oven so I could see to replace my oven bulb. I cut breaker switch, replaced oven bulb, turned breaker back on et voila task done.Next day preheat oven to 425 put my loaf of bread in for 25 min to thaw. What's that smell, something is burning, like plastic! OH NO!!!! I opened the oven and removed a still lit flashlight. I set it outdoors to cool and to my surprise it all works. High, Low, Flash and still chargeable!!Not pretty but still useable, will save my pennies and buy another at some point. Thanks for a great product in a time when that has become a rarity.

A bit pricey, but super versatile and useful.
UPDATE: Purchased these 4yrs ago, still going strong, zero issues, and they have now added a charge indicator, internal battery and magnet, (about to buy more as they have more than proved their worth) which pretty much makes them perfect.I love the flat profile (less than 2 inches/5cm thick; 5.5 inches/13.5 cm wide; 3.75 inches/9.5 cm tall), the integrated, ratcheted kickstand, USB charging, battery life, super sturdy plastic housing and at less than 350grams, they are really lightweight. The best thing is the remarkable amount of light it throws, especially when fully charged. We are working on a deck build and these have been super useful for when sun sets at 4:30 these days, allowing us to easily keep working until 7pm on these dark, dreary, black November evenings.I am a bit of a flashlight geek - we live rural where there are no street lights, and it gets BLACK dark when the sun goes down; I have MANY flashlights, only a very few make the grade - lightweight, easily held, carried and propped up; long battery; battery that ALSO acts as a power bank, USB rechargeable; and waterproof enough to use when raining are my key criteria. These not only meet, but exceed my very picky standards. The brightness allows us to easily check on the animals, check out noises, and do all sorts of chores and "investigations" after dark. The kickstand operates as a handy handle when walking about, or to point the light just where you need it when you set it down.Recharge time is swift, at less than two hours, and it does offer two brightness levels, as well as strobe. I do not have a true idea of run time per charge, as it depends on brightness level used...but we use it for several hours each day, usually on bright and seem to be charging it about twice a week.DO NOT turn this on while looking at the light - it is bright enough to completely shut off your nightvision, and temporarily blind you.I fully intend to get more of these, as gifts for friends and so there is a set in each of our vehicles (car, truck, tractor, ATV's etc.), in case of emergency - be it to as a battery bank to charge a device, to change a tire or make emergency repairs. The battery bank feature makes them super handy in a power outage, as you can easily charge a smartphone, and could likely charge a smaller pad or laptop computer, or provide power for a movie from the net.

Useful and works great
Use this rechargeable LED lamps a lot, and found then easy to charge and operate. The adjustable stand is a great feature for hands free use when working on my car.
