Used for a source of energy and it gives a lot energy but depends on how u use it I first used it at about 7 in the evening and I couldn’t go sleep till 1 😀but hey that’s what happens when u take energy at evening u can’t go sleep properly

It’s incredible! The flavour lasts for much more than the recommenced dosage and the serving size is great quality for the price.

Yet to use it constantly so can't really give a definitive review but, let me tell you this....it....tastes...AWESOME!

Doesn't need all the americanised chemicals. This is something people usually mix in with creatine and protein powders. One or the other usually being flavoured itself. If not on its own, should just be added to water and taste flavourless. For the amount of nutrition you get out of this, it is way too potent. My protein, creatine and amino mix shouldn't be entirely flavoured by the amino mix.

Nie nie mehr Mir wurde sehr sehr schwindlich. Bitte passt genau auf. Ich benutze Sehr viel L arginine von verschiedene Hersteller. Das ist das schlimmste was ich gekauft habe. Habe direkt in Mühl geschmissen.

I have been working out for almost 15 years (on and off.) After a break of 2 years, I have started working out 6 months ago, without any supplements. Did not want to use any supplements due to unnecessary side-effects (upsetting the stomach etc....) However, I've noticed that after and intense day of workout my muscles take way too long to recover (mid thirties here, and it took my almost a day and half each-time for the muscles to recover.) Did some research and decided to get myself a BCAA. Luckily I came across this gem, not only it helps the muscles to recover quickly (within 2 hours of work-out for those who have been training for more than a month or 2,) it is also very gentle on the stomach. Would recommend 100%

Awesome product, tastes great and mixes well with water. I've had the blue raz and cherry limeade now and both are good. I have been mixing this product with some creatine and using as a pre-workout and it seems to be working very well together!

This is my first BCAA and I really like the taste of this flavor. I also enjoyed everytime I take this and go to the gym and it boost my energy while doing workouts. I would really recommend this product!
