Super easy fix
Use this to convert to garage bulbs two fluorescent lighting. Such an easy fix. Took me about 10 minutes to do both, including hanging the other fixtures. Would prefer grounded fixtures, the three prong type, in case I needed to ground the fixtures. It works, but would be better in garage and basement settings.

They work
I got some shop lights for the garage and these worked the treat to plug them into the switch controlled lights. I would not suggest this for anything that gets plugged in and unplugged often.
