I am I total fan of your books I am a girl just in case it may say a boy but its my dad well but I totaly am your fan number 1 i hate to say this but this books are hipnitysing people everybody wants a diary of a wimpy kid now well in my school everybody is crazy for them and I recommend to read this book because Rowley is so funny well and Rodrick is really my favorite character. What I have in commen with this book is that just like Greg I am mittle doughter so I feel just like Greg feels like that and being the mittle kid is really good they actually pay more attention to you then the rest of the kids in the house (but I am not wimpy)

I am always a happy camper when ordering from Amazon! They never let me down. We pre-ordered the book during the Summer and it arrived the day of it's release. People don't notice the small stuff but I do. As I took the book out of the package I noticed the book has a smooth texture on the front cover. The book cover in general has a smooth grip- like texture, lol. I always love the smell of a new book but the smooth outside texture of the book adds a good feature to the book.The book has comic like pictures, but don't think it's a comic strip type book overall. It is a well worded book from the first page to the last page (217 pages overall) each page has a complete word filled page but the pictures adds to the imagination of the child reading this book. My son started reading this book series at 8. He's now 10 and he LOVES this book series so much he looks forward to the new books that come out and every once in a while re-reads the older book series. We even have family movie nights and I don't mind watching the couple movies that have been made from the "Diary of A Whimpy Kid" book series. I'm 32 and I find parts of the movie hillarious so I can only imagine reading this book as a kid. I can't say enough good things about this book or any other book from the series. If you're a parent like me, you'd rather watch your child read VS. Playing video games or watching TV programs. At least while reading it engages a child's imagination as well as improving their spelling. Some studies has shown that kids, especially those that are more visual learners, spelling improves the more they read. :)I will be on the lookout for more books by this same Author (Jeff Kinney). Don't hesitate to buy the book for your child (ren). I took a glimpse of a few pages already while my son is still at school and it's pretty funny! Ha ha ha. I posted some pictures for previewing. :-D

It was a great book but I thought it was going to come out on the 11th anyway it was the greatest wimpy yet I mean wow it was really good but anyway get this book unless you don't have the other books but anyway get it now or else 😈

Bought this for an 11 yr old and he loves it! These books are on the pricey side but it was worth seeing him smile. Arrived fast and in good condition.

I was having a hard time getting my son to read books. He is nine years old and a nonenglish speaker. He is in ESL classes. He is doing well and I am proud of his progress. But reading a book was intimidating to him. I tried this book and it realy got him started. THANK YOU TO THE WRITER. You helped me break the logjam and now he is reading much better and not afraid of books. I love to read and want my son to feel the same way. There is so much to learn and reading a book to the best way to explore the world with out leaving home.

I gave this book 5 because it is entertaining and IAll of them are. I love this series u have so much fun reading it you at done before u know it it takes me not even one day and others take me days

The logic Greg records in his diary reminds me so much of wayyyy back when I was a kid. It's easy for adults to forget that stage of life. As a middle school teacher, this series has helped me reconnect with the "Greg" I once was so that I can understand how my students rationalize the goofy things they do. By not reading the back of the books, I enjoy all of the surprises each page delivers.

My daughter loves the series so I bought her some of these books, she already has some.

I bought this book for my friend's son at her suggestion for Christmas. It's now February and it's still his favourite book. He loves it and told me it was the best one in the whole Wimpy Kid series!

This book has everything! I loved it. Any of these books are always good or more. I would recommend this book to fans of Tom Gates and World of norm as it has a similar concept. This book was enjoyed thoughrougly and I read it twice because it was that amazing. As always, Jeff Kinney has outdone himself and come out with another spectacular book of the Diary Of A Wimpy kid series. I'm sure he put a lot of time and effort into this. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this book as much as I do ;) Enjoy!

My son loves this book made a great present.

My son loves Wimpy Kid and so I always buy the latest edition as I'm brainwashed into thinking that any reading is good reading. Can't say that this one has him hooked like some of the others, nor that he has gone back to it to reread. That said, he did read it cover to cover in one sitting so that means I'm a good parent, right?!

I chose a 5/5 star rating because it's just great.I do believe that there was rarely any mention of Manny and Rodrick.But besides that it's a really great book.Over all i liked the part were Greg ripped is jeans and his dad thought Greg and Rowley were messing about.So that's why I have it five stars.And anybody that reads this i would most definitely recommend it and the rest of the series.👍👏👏📚
