what do you mean by 40 pairs? 40 packets that have 2 each totally 80? or just 40 in total?

I received a box with 40 pairs with 2 warmers in each pair totally 40. Only item not so great is the expiry date - less than 2 years.

A 30 foot camping trip is 15 people, right? One box of 40 would allow 30 feet one packet each, with 10 extra left over. If it’s a two day 30 footer camping trip, get 2 boxes.
