Bentgo Fresh Pack

This set is a perfect meal combo for kids as well as adults. From the cooler non-leak feature to the individual sections, the packing options are endless. Cleaning is a breeze as well. Plus the kids enjoy packing their food as we create a game in making the food mix-ups. I was concerned about the number of boxes in the set but it allows for easy rotation in having a clean box ready to go if I do not have time to clean the one from the previous day. It's a winner in our household.

This product was really great and worked perfectly for my needs. I needed a container to hold all the "finger foods" etc. the daycare suggested for my 18 month old who was moving up to the "toddler" room. These containers worked exceptionally well, and fit perfectly into my daughter's pottery barn Mackenzie cold pack lunch box. Latches were easy for her to open. I could fit the lunch box, utensils, a bib, a small washcloth, and also a foldable rubber placemat in the PB lunch bag (I did have to remove the cold pack). No spillage occurred. I also liked the removable divider because you could put a variety of things in the container, or if I wanted to use it myself I could take the divider out and use it for a larger portion size. Machine washable, thank god. I've had these for about a year and have recommended them to my friends. Only one "con" that I can point out, and even that is not really a huge issue for me: it's the weight. they're a teensy bit heavy in the beginning, and combined with the lunch bag I slid these containers into, my toddler has some trouble hauling around. but she did it. and it was only an issue for a little while. Lastly, and perhaps I should have said this FIRST, is the absolutely awesome and outstanding customer service. Responded to an inquiry of mine through their website within a half hour of me submitting! Gentleman on the phone was polite, nice, and very helpful. Resolved my issue, but honestly, even if he hadn't been able to, I still think it would have been a good experience; he was literally that nice! I would definitely buy from the company again. I rarely write detailed reviews like these, but I wanted to do so in this case because (1) as a new mom, I have so many questions, and reading some other reviews inspired me to write reviews that others might find similarly helpful; and (2) the customer service from this company was truly outstanding and worthy of a shout out. Hope all this helps!

We ordered these last school year and we just had to reorder over a year ago! We can’t love these more! The removable divider we don’t use so we can fit a whole sandwich! Keeps yogurt, fruits and sauce in their places!!!

We really like this style because it opens fully (as opposed to 90 degree angle) but is a “big kid” size. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because description is a bit misleading: it contains one full lunch box and two inserts with lids. It still works well though for packing 2-3 lunches for one kiddo in advance.

I have had this product now for several months. It's a great idea and is easy to clean and manage. We did have the white top break, but the company has been great to work with and was able to send us a replacement part. So glad we got this, it's nice to be able to plan ahead with meal prepping for our daughter.

Perfect for school lunch. The insulation is real!

This is my 6th Bentgo product and first time purchasing the Bentgo Fresh Lunch box. I have loved the Bentgo kids boxes but now that my son is older, the bentgo fresh is a better size for his appetite. So far loving that I can pack 3 lunches ahead of time and then just slip the insert into the outer part each morning. I'm loyal to Bentgo because their products really perform, they don't leak, last a long time, and their customer service is excellent! I've had to call customer service in past because the inside rubber seal had worn down due to teacher user error and they replaced it free of charge. That replacement Bentgo kids box is going on 4 years now! This time I called because when I was unwrapping my Bentgo Fresh, it slipped from my hands and one of the plastic lids cracked when it hit the floor. I had registered my product so I sent them an e-mail. They responded the next day and sent me any entire new set replacement. Thank you so much for creating a great product and taking care of your customers.

I have used them to pack snacks for my toddler, and to take my lunch to work, and they work great for both. I love that you can remove the divider between the bigger 2 sections to make it one big section. I haven't had any trouble with leaking, except one time I did put brussel sprouts on one side of the large divided section, and cube steak with gravy on the other side. The gravy did leak under the divider and get into my brussel sprouts. However, the nothing leaked outside the container itself, so my lunch box was still clean. Small price to pay for the conveniece of only having to take one container for lunch. Just make sure that if you're putting in something that may leak under that big divider, you put something else on the other side that will be ok to have the juices/gravy mixed with it, as that may happen.

This is the first bento-style lunch box I've bought for my son as I got sick of separate containers. I'm really glad I got this set!! I added some vinyl stickers to personalize it for my son and he loves it! First, I love being able to prep more than one lunch and keep it in the fridge - that is very helpful! And I know I'll always have at least one-clean tray to pop in the main box. Second, we've had no leaks (though I haven't sent very watery fruit). Third, I love that you can divide the main section into two or keep it one big one. I was able to fit two slices of a medium size pizza in it or a full size sandwich without the divider, and adding the divider made it easy to send more variety! Finally, it is easy to clean - the trays are dishwasher safe, but the box is recommended to be handwashed so as to not ruin the seal.

We couldn’t be happier with these. They’re durable, easy to clean and stand the test of time. We used them for our son for daycare since 2021 and now we will be using them for kindergarten lunch. We fit snack sized yogurt container on its side, often remove the divider piece to fit multiple individual snacks and have had zero problems with leakage - mind you, we only really have dry-ish food inside. Excellent value and investment.
