This device is very easy to use, and everything about it is of highest quality: unit itself, manual in good English, calibration plates, very nice packaging at all levels, informative booklet with typical paint thickness of various car makes and models, ... I did not try to use the CD. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist, and I strive for excellence in most things that I do. If I were to make and sell a product like this, this is how I would do it. There was obviously careful thought and planning put into this device, by someone who wants to make the best product out there. Very good value for the money.

I am definitely not sure if I'm going to be keeping this item. In the ad it looked okay but when I received it it feels like the cheapest item I have ordered from Amazon in a long time. The plastic feels like it is from the Middle East, made in some random donkey sweatshop and unfortunately I'm not sure if I can trust these readings that it's going to give me for the level of work I am doing for the government.

Kinda spendy. We wanted to use it for our pipelines. After we examined our purchase, we felt these would not stand up to the abuse we put our tools through in the field.

There wasn't enough information on how to work this device. The disc was no help even tried looking up a video on YouTube couldn't find one in English after two days I gave up and sent it back
