I was going back and forth on which product from different companies to try. Comparing a $50+ container to a $25+ container when ingredients/nutrition value looked very similar had me skeptical and questioning all products so I decided to go with the cheaper variety (this one) to start off. I just got my container yesterday so I can't talk long term yet but just with one 1/2 scoop dose, I have been able to start and maintain a moderate state of ketosis for 6 hours and counting. I am testing through strips, no change in food consumption, no changes in exercise. After a 12 hour overnight fast, i was testing negative for ketones, within 30 min of taking half the rec dosage of this product I was already at trace, and by an hour, moderate levels. I do feel like I have more energy and slightly more focused today even with a sleepless night. Regarding those who complain about the taste, I took mine in 8 oz H2O and 1 tbsp of MCT oil and it tasted like a tart pina colada! YUM! I'll update my review as I continue and no, the company has not offered me anything for this review.

I have been using pruvit and made the switch to this due to price. I enjoy the taste of this better and the results are actually better. I will definety buy this again!

Original: I've only been using Go Keto for about a week. It's my first time taking exogenous ketones. My diet/exercise/nutrition is already fairly "on-point" so I haven't noticed any significant changes since taking the supplement. Although, I may be noticing a slight increase in energy. Either way, the flavor of this stuff is great: It's subtle, but strong enough to appreciate and not too sweet or "chemically-tasting". If you're looking to try a BHB supplement, I'd recommend giving this one a try.02/20/2019: After taking this for a couple more weeks, I'm still loving the flavor and I'm pretty sure I'm experiencing a significant boost in energy about 30 mins after taking this. My uncertainty is due to the fact that I also take this with about 5mg of creatine about 30 minutes before I hit the gym, so I can't be sure that some of the energy boost doesn't come from the creatine. Note that I usually mix this in 32 oz of water, so it's significantly diluted from the 10-12 oz that the label recommends (which may be why I think the flavor is subtle while other reviewers say it's strong).06/13/2019: I definitely feel a boost within 15-30 minutes of taking this. It seems to last at least 1-2 hours. I still take 5mg of creatine every day, but on days when I'm feeling kinda tired or depleted before the gym, a scoop of this definitely helps me put in the work. They seem to be steadily increasing their prices (~$3 since January), but there's no telling whether that's a sales tactic or just normal fluctuations. As long as the price doesn't get too high, I'll continue to buy it.

I have used many BHB products and only recently discovered Go Keto. It has a very mild taste, not too sweet and no bitter aftertaste. Very similar to another product I use which is MUCH more expensive and not any better than Go Keto. This product will become my new go-to for exogenous ketones and save me a fortune! It gives me the lift I need pre fasted workout and helps diminish hunger. I take it twice a day and really feel it is an excellent product!

I will be updating my review when I finish the container, but I’ll review it as of now.I can’t stand people who constantly complain about the taste of products when most of them taste pretty good. I am not one of those people. But this is something I couldn’t handle. It tastes absolutely terrible. Like someone said, it tastes like bowel prep. Or maybe some form of cold medicine. I have to choke it down and suppress the urge to vomit. I will never buy this flavor again. It makes me question the company’s other flavors as well.Other than that, we’ll see if it helps. So far I’ve experienced some mood benefits after taking it. & it’s made me feel better as I’m doing the keto diet induction...so I’m hopeful!

So there is a lot here for me to actually write a review. The flavor is not good but it is bearable with a splash of mio or something to take away the cooling effect of the sweetners. I think the cooling effect is what makes the taste so horrible because you cannot even hold your nose through it due to the side effects of the fake sweetner.Putting the taste aside, the product does deliver the results it promises. It does bring you into ketosis and it keeps you pretty regular.One other complaint though- the scooper does not fit well int he container and it is a mess every single time oyu open the container, ...However, this is one of the cheapest products on the market in this industry so .. you get what you pay for.They also send you a free bottle if you rate them after 10 days. (Unsure how long this will occur but it happened for me)

I just received this in the mail. I had a cheat weekend while visiting family and wanted to get back in ketosis quickly. I tested my ketones before taking and I was showing negative. I made a drink per instructions and am pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes. I’ve tried many brands and almost all of them leave this HORRIBLE aftertastes. This is sweet, mild in flavor and easy to drink. Tested my ketones after 1 hour and I’m back in the ketosis game. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is hoping to avoid the Keto flu while getting back into ketosis or just starting out.
