it works
been taking this supplement for maybe 6 mos now and it really works. slowly, melting my fats away without being obsessed about it. i think it also helps in suppressing my appetite coz i seemed to have less now and i dont overeat anymore. lost about 20 lbs since i started this supplement. so far no side effects experienced. the change is also not drastic so my body is adjusting well to the loss of weight. of course, you have to have the discipline and the will too.

Good product
Got back to loosing weight after stalling out for a few weeks. I DEFINITELY notice more bowl movements off of this product. That's pretty great because keto diet has a tendency to bind me up

Good product
This has seemed to work so far. I've been on them for 2 weeks and have lost weight. U haven't tested to see if it finally puts me into ketosis but I like the results thus far.

Love these product
I have just finish my first bottles of both of these. I take them every morning. My appetite is almost completely;y curbed. I almost have to remember to eat which is great for me because I tend to snack a lot. I dont ever feel hungry and when I do eat something that is not so healthy I dont have that guilty feeling and I dont get super bloated after I eat a full meal. Also I noticed I dont eat as much of my food that I normally would.

I This product has a more complete amount of BHB /Ketogenic blend properties than other similar products. The cleanse caps as well have a more complete amount of ingredients compared to others on the market. Easy on the stomach and helps curtail appetite without any adverse side effects.

Don’t waste your money. There’s no magic pill
These do not work. Took for 2 months. What will work is just clean eating. You don’t even have to exercise. Skip the pills and cut out all sugar, carbs and junk!
