Update: I have since ordered two more of these. One stays in my office chair, one in the car, and one on my couch. Since my back surgery, I need extra lumbar support when sitting and this does the trick. Almost a year after purchasing the first one, it still holds its shape and doesn’t deflate. The elastic straps are starting to stretch out now. I do have to readjust it on my office chair throughout the day. But since the support is still as good as the first day, I’m keeping my rating the same. I purchased this to help in recovery after I have surgery on a herniated disc. This was delivered today (I haven't had surgery yet) and I put it in my work chair and I'm so mad at myself for not buying this sooner. The support is exactly what I needed. The strap that goes around the back of the chair holds it snuggly in place and so far, it hasn't shifted or slipped down. I'm not saying that it's completely gotten rid of the constant pain from the herniated disc, but it has relieved a lot of pressure on my back and is helping the make the pain more tolerable.

Just like the title says, I bought this for my fiancee since she has back problems. It's currently installed in my Tesla model 3, along with the Samsonite neck cushion, and she absolutely loves them. The memory foam is very plush, and provides just enough support to the lower back and it feels tailor made (we both tried it). I was originally going to purchase a generic one from Aliexpress, but decided not to, since they probably don't spend any money on actual R&D, whereas Samsonite probably does. We're going to buy 2 more of these (1 for my fiancee's work chair, and 1 for me in my Tesla). Like someone else said in the reviews, they ARE quite soft / cloudy, so if you need something that doesn't give in like these plush memory foam Samsonite ones, I dunno... they *might* not be a perfect fit for you, but then there's a reason this cushion has gotten such good reviews here on Amazon. I just wish they sold these in Korea, we had to get a freight forwarder ship it to us.

I have back pain whenever I make long drives, and I make long drives often. There was a time a trip was eight hours instead of six because I had to pull over several times to stretch my back out. No amount of pain medication or pain-relieving patches helped. I needed something for my middle and lower back and found this. Although I can now finally relax my back against the seat without pain and drive in comfort, it is difficult to adjust so it fits perfectly to my back. I cannot move from that position or I'll have to adjust it again, but it fits snug around the seat! It also is really warm on your back so I've sweated a few times from it, especially because it's warm outside. Overall, I will keep using this because it has helped so much.

This is very comfortable but firm..definitely feel it holding you in place supporting your back..we can take it with us in the car and it works great in the car seats

I brought this for my man who is a truck driver. He shared that it is very comfortable and provides great support. Unfortunately the strap did break after 6 days. Being that he is out of state, we did not return it because the strap wasn't that serious to the functionality just more of a convenience.

I have no idea why this is branded as Samsonite (and several other things, in other listings of the same item with different logos). It's a high-quality lower-back support for chairs. I added this to my office chair along with a neck support also of memory foam and it has been transformational. Whether it'll actually fit your chair or not depends on the chair, as this was really designed with car seats in mind. It's okay to get creative with it, e.g. sew on different straps or whatever, as needed (and assuming you're handy at such things). I've tried several other things of this sort before, and this has been my favorite to date. I picked it mostly as a cheap experiement (it was the lowest-cost items of this sort that looked like it had the kind of profile I wanted, and would attach well to my chair). So, I'm pleasantly surprised, and may order another to keep around as a "back"-up (pun obviously intended).

I have so many back issues. And I got a raise but my new role is 45 minutes away. My back was dying. I use this upside down in my car .... weird yes but the slim part is down. I tried it the other way, this way is better for me. I instantly am not crying by the time I reach my destination. Major good purchase for my cars. And my back!

Really comfortable and has saved my back when used with a horrible flat gaming chair Prior was getting really bad unexplainable back pain / Bad mood Curves to the back really well as long as you can use the elastic strap to adjust height with your chair, otherwise wouldn't recommend

Arrived within a week. Haven't try it yet but hope that it will reduce my lower backache.

I bought this for my wife and she uses this in the car and on the couch. Works great.

El producto utiliza espuma, por lo que yo no esperaba que fuera a funcionar, pero la verdad me sorprendió. Guarda la forma y no se deforma, y aunque en la parte del soporte lumbar no es muy grande, es cómodo al usarlo y hasta el momento no me ha dolido la espalda. Recomendado.

I use a rigid Ikea chair for working from home. I had a cushion on it but my back hurt near end of working hours. This back support fixed it for me. I recommend.
