I can not say enough about this beauty, she came so healthy even traveling in the cold new England weather! Packed with such care with plastic that had to be cut off which was great I think it helped traveling so far! The leaves are beautiful green with not a speck of brown and its much bigger than I expected!! I am in love with this beauty so much I plan on purchasing another! The pot was cracked but coming all the way to NH I’m sure not everyone was so careful even though the box stated clearly that a live plant was in it lolI had this pot pictured that was the perfect new home for her, I’m a little concerned that maybe it’s too big for her right now as I’m still new to the world of plants! Fingers crossed it transitions ok 🤞🏼Great company and I will definitely purchase from them again and I have already recommended them to anyone asking! Thank you for this beauty ❤️

GET READY FOR A MAC DADDY! This plant arrived in PERFECT condition; it was so carefully packaged. It EXCEEDS all expectation. I’m sure it must be a couple of years old at least; these plants grow very slowly and this one has a nice, brown trunk. It is easily 15” tall and has a similarly wide foliage spread. Don’t let the 6” pot fool you; this is a large plant. Of course, they can grow 30’ tall and, in their native Mexico, can be 350 years old! Indoor plants can get to 10 feet and flower as early as 10 years - don’t hold your breath - they don’t reach maturity for 50 years!! My plant arrived pot bound, which is fine for this species, and you’ll only need a pot 8” or so to accommodate it. It’s not a palm but a succulent - like a Joshua tree. Give it sandy succulent soil (I always add sand and pumice) and full sun. It takes more water than most succulents, weekly is good with good drainage. The plant I received is a perfect specimen and my current favorite plant! Enjoy!

This plant arrived in phenomenal condition, healthy leaves, and wrapped well to prevent the soil from spilling out during transit! Also had some extra packed soil on top, sort of shrink wrapped down, to make up for any that may come out. Since the weather is warming up, it was shipped in a box with air holes.I transferred it to a 6in pot immediately after arrival and it fit perfectly. I saw one insect in the soil, not sure what it was. Tiny. An ant maybe? I squished him (no free rides, buddy!!) but I’ll keep an eye out for any more activity and update if there are more.He is all situated in his new home and has been watered. No damage, no dead leaves, nothing negative to report at opening. I will report back in a month!

So...while reading the reviews before buying this, it appeared that many of the problems came from the packaging while being shipped, resulting in damaged plants. Not saying it is the seller”s fault, it appeared the handlers didn’t do their job. I called Amazon and told them this and requested it be packaged with “live plant” “fragile” and “this side up”. They totally complied and I received this beauty!! The plant is fantastic, but I thought it was worth noting the extra call I made to ensure this lovely little guy got to me in good shape. Will absolutely be ordering more from this company 🙌🙌🙌UPDATE: the last 4 pics were taken less than twelve hours after it got it. Looks really bad now. Soooo disappointed. The only thing I did was take it out of the box or came in. Maybe not ordering from them again after all.SECOND UPDATE: called and got a replacement as the first one is dying rapidly. The second one arrived looking good but was dying FIVE hours after I got it. See last 4 pics. Never buying from them again!

Ive liked these for several years and recently changed jobs, where one was placed on our central desk, I decided it was a sign... so I bought one.It seems they do vary from one to the next (ah, nature, ha!) Mine is probably about 2ft tall above the dirt. It has a single trunk, until it forms a Y where the foliage is.The ones Ive seen before are infact single trunk all the way to the green growth zone and foliage... the two growth zones look odd to me. Sadly I can tell a third sizeable branch was cut off, it left a gap. A 3rd branch (odd numbers) might have been more visually pleasing, but even further from a single trunk plant.I am always surprised when plants survive shipping, but it did well. (Delivered on a mild day in 83F weather, approx 1200ft/366m altitude.) Plant was in a approx 2.5ft tall 6i x6in box. Inside, the pot was shrink wrapped so very little dirt escaped, the trunk was very loosely wrapped in the remaining plastic wrap... all seemed sufficient/no issues. Very few leaves (are these frawns?, it is a palm) were broken, again, a shipping marvel.I like these plants. It arrived in good condition. Its forked to is not what I was expecting. Lets see what it does in the coming werks, months, years.

First time I ordered a plant online so i was skeptical on its condition when I received it. Well surprise! It came well wrapped with moist soil and the plant was healthy looking. It is as big as it was described, the palm leaves were lush and green and the trunk nice and straight. I am loving my palm! I bought it to be placed in my living room, but have it on my porch amongst my other plants there. I am considering buying more because I still need plants for the living room! Love this easy to care for plant. Definitely worth the money!
