The lumbar support went out in my husbands car so I got this one since it was cooling and so many others were not. Works great and my only complaint is that it doesn't fit snug against the back of the seat. You have to push it back to get in and lean against it to get it in the right spot. Doesn't seem to bother my husband at all though and he says it's very comfortable. He said if it were tighter it might not be able to move where you need it as easily though so he's happy.

I have chronic lower back pain and sitting for more than a few minutes can be difficult. I bought this for my car and it is AMAZING. I no longer have to frequently squirm and rotate to relieve the pain. It was so helpful I bought a second one to use at home. Well worth the money. I tried two other versions before finding success with Samonite which provides a more ergonomic and firmer support.

This lumbar support back pillow is perfect and the cooling feature is great, especially in the summer. I use this for my office chair at work and I don't have any back pain after 8 hours. it fits perfect in my lower back

Just received it this morning. I'm using it on my couch as I write this. Whew! What a relief to my back! Wish I had found this year's ago. My back hurts continually everyday, all day so this is "heavenly to my back".

I got this to alleviate my sciatica when driving or riding in the car. The fact that it was cooling would’ve been a bonus. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for my sciatica but it definitely had good cooling effects. It does appear to be well made & may very well work for you if your purpose is office chair back support.

Comfy, feels great driving long distances, easy to adjust. Move up and down until you find comfort. I also recommend adjusting your car’s lumbar and incline as the pillow will add some bulk, so I find leaning the chair back a bit helps it fit my back shape better. .

I had mine for five years, and loved how it fit. Worked great, especially in my last car, which had uncomfortable seats for long-term driving. Limitations included the strap not reaching all the way around my bucket seat, so I had to flip it upright before I got in - not a big deal to me. When it was below freezing the pillow started out hard, but quickly melted to me (I actually liked this). When it was very hot out the pillow started out hot, no cooling effect, but again, I surprised myself by liking that for some reason (like a heating pad that made the rest of me cooler? Idk, it was a weird effect that I can’t explain). I kept this in the car year-round in southern Missouri and throughout road-trips to Florida and south Texas, but last summer (2024) I managed to reach the limit of how hot it could get before it ruined the cushion. The gel ruptured and now sticks to whatever touches the pillow (it does stain). User error, not a fault of the pillow, so I’m definitely replacing it with the same model. I might just bring it inside during August!

Very good solution, good cost, pain relief, almost a year and it looks like a new one

It is good quality but makes me sit forward too much because it is pretty thick. Also the strap doesn't really help keep it on the back rest of the chair so it kind of flops forward. BUT it has improved my posture while sitting and makes me happy to get of my chair and walk around.

Excelente producto. Cumple con lo prometido. Tengo una silla en la oficina que estaba muy incómoda y ya con esta almohada mejoró mucho mi postura y aguante. Un poco dura al inicio pero con el tiempo se hace más blandita y muy cómoda.

Cheap product that looks nothing like the photo, and is quite uncomfortable. Can’t recommend.
