UPDATE!! Customer service? NONE!! *by D***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2019* Does anything an Ipad can do....but better, in my opinion. (I used to have an Ipad). The specifications for this device exceed other similar tablets, at a far lower price. Its well built,with a 10" touchscreen, not too heavy, has a fast 1.85Ghz quad-core cpu, more memory (2Gb), and with a reasonably fast graphics chip. The only gripe, the description says it has a 32Gb hard drive, it doesn`t, its 16Gb. That`s still enough for most apps though. The buttons and ports seem to be placed for a left-handed person, just takes a bit of getting used to. The BIG plus is it has a standard full sized USB connection, meaning any KB/mouse can be connected. Be aware if you use it to connect a usb memory stick, it must be fat32 and a max size of 32Gb if your transferring files either way. Also the memory card connector can take up to a massive 256G card (micro). It can also be used for extra memory. I`ve used a 128Gb card succesfully. The Android system (8.1) is open-source, which means anyone can produce apps for it, unlike the Apple Ipad which is closed source, and you`re restricted to expensive Apple apps. (The Apple operating system`s was actually originally based on Linux). There`s loads of free apps for Android. Have been using this for office work, watching films, (mainly Game of Thrones....), and linking to my home network) works fine on most things I throw at it. The only slight niggle I`ve found is the bluetooth connection, it links fine on my headphones, but steadfastly refuses to talk to my bluetooth keyboard. The kb work fine on my pc, so I`m a bit puzzled why.Also, as 10" tablets places far more demands on the system battery, the run time when playing demanding apps like films, music, games, is around 4-5 hours. Lighter use probably about 5-7 hrs, so don`t moan about battery charging! I bought a power pack to extend the time between charging.Delivery time on this tablet was extremely quick, and it was well packed too. Have been using it for about 10 days, and so far highly recommend it. Value for money.UPDATE: OMNYJ DOES NOT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT AFTER-SALES SERVICE! THEY DUMP ANY RESPONSABILITY BACK IN AMAZON`S COURT. Nice one if you need repairs of any sort...... Set up was easy; build quality seems great; and the speed and screen are also good (for a budget tablet).Unlike most of the budget tablets that I scrolled through, it comes with Android 8.1, which is a bonus because it means the Android Family Link app works, so I can keep an eye on what he's up to and manage screen time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good Buy *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2019* A nice light machine, looks good. Screen is very responsive though more HD ready than HD. The connectors are on the left, at the top,would have preferred gotten right. Though this would just be my personal choice. The biggest problem is with the sound. It is atrocious, sounds like it's playing in a tin can via speakers or headphones the sound is quite good. Being used to IOS the change to Android was trial and error but it is very similar, I managed to get it running very quickly, as I'm looking at seventy, from the wrong end,anyone should be able to manage. The tablet worked out of the box, no problems getting on line. There was one minor problem an email to the supplier this was solved very quickly. All in all a nice tablet, a very good price and very good delivery and service. Can not recommend highly enough.
