I am 6ft, 230 lbs with a 19 inch neck, 21in arms, and a 52 coat size... the I got the XXLL (2x long)... the suit is a tad bit long in the leg, but with a boot on, it stacks fine, and I like the extra length in the crotch (anyone who wears a flight suit for a living will understand why... if it fits like pant, you'll have a wedgie every time you reach overhead or bend over to pick something up). I have plenty of room in the sleeves and legs and the chest fits just right (although I can't zip the next all the way up on my neck, but I wouldn't do that normally anyway). In a high speed slide they will tear right off your legs.What you want to look for is an Aerostich Roadcrafter one-piece suit. They also have pants and jackets that are separate and zip together. I used to ride with the just the Aerostich pants and a leather jacket. I was never a fan of the jacket because it was big. Not a flaw of the jacket. More of a preference thing because their jackets probably offered the best protection at the time short of leather racing suit. The only semi-major thing I did not like about the Aerostitch pants were the knee pads. They were stiff and big and loose and would wander around. I eventually took them out because once when I did go down the kneepad was so loose that it just slipped around my leg and offered no protection. It was a low speed slide, so just the nylon alone of the suit was enough to protect my knee, so it wasn't a big deal. **Q: what's the best way to know your size?
