I found one long "tuperware" and two smaller ones that carry more than enough food for my days work as a pilot. Mind you, I don't have to carry drinks but I can carry more than enough food, snacks, etc for a 12 hour day. The size is perfect to sit on top of my flight bag and has enough pockets to put my small items like passport, ID, key,etc. Needless to say, it get's used quite a bit and it's very well made. If you need a half a turkey for lunch, it's going to be tight, but you can pack a full chicken.
