Should have read the reviews. No matter what I try, this thing literally tears into my armpits. The pads are so big and bulky, I cannot put my arms down and they pop out everywhere. Tried to shorten them. Figured because I am a petite size woman, the pads just might be too big. This did not work either. Ordered a small and the waist fit perfectly but as a previous reviewer said, the straps are too short and actually too wide. They actually fold under my arms. Don't recommend!
