My physical therapist could temporarily alleviate the pain by manually separating my cervical vertebrae, which is exactly what this ingenious product does. Very comfortable and adjustable. I used this for about an hour a day for almost a week and it has made it disappear. My chiropractor told me that they could realign my vertebrae for $2600 over the course of y months, but this works and didn't cost almost $3k. I recommend it for chronic or occasional neck, shoulder and upper back pain.
