It is suitable for sorting, storing, and transporting items. The utility cart's chrome finish helps resist dirt and corrosion. Its open wire design offers visibility of contents, permits air circulation in the work environment, and helps resist dust build-up. The shelves have a welded construction and are reinforced with wire trusses and struts for strength, and adjust in 1" increments to accommodate items of varying heights. The posts are made of 16-gauge steel for strength, and are grooved at 1" intervals to help guide installation of the shelves at desired heights. Split sleeves on the posts hold and support the shelves. This cart has four 5" polyurethane swivel stem casters with brakes on two casters for control and maneuverability. But they description states it has 5" wheels, the cart comes with 3" wheels. The plastic shelving clips don't fit that great either. I've never had clips that slip as much as these do. The last issue is 1 of the racks was bent and did not engage the shelf clips on the same level as the other 3 corners. For the price, I guess this all should be expected. I'm not going to take this apart and send it back because I need the cart.
