The new packaging, due to design and labeling requirements doesn't taut it, but it's there in the ingredient list. Thank you for asking. **Q: Why use blue 1, and red 33?** A: The very last ingredients are mere drops. The original plan was to use grape seed skins to color the product, but they turned it an unappealing grey color, so a few drops of color were added. It is a safe colorant and won't stain. Some people really like the color. Thanks for writing. **Q: You mention it still has spf but not the rating. can you advise?** A: SPF is more of a range when tested, and ours usually tests around 15, it can be around 9-15+.
