Keksteig beschrieben, dem kann Ich nur bedingt zustimmen. Für mich schmeckt das Pulver Vanillig und stark nach Hafer, dem Hauptbestandteil des Meals. Wer einen super Geschmack erwartet, wird enttäuscht werden. Der Geschmack ist als okay zu beschreiben.Mein erster Versuch bestand aus150g Pulver in 300ml Wasser gelöst, hierbei war die Konsistenz des Drinks für meinen Geschmack zu wässrig, aber der Drink war durchaus nahrhaft. Laut Hersteller ersetzt der Drink in dieser Zusammensetzung eine Mahlzeit. Zu beachten ist, dass das Getränk in einem Shaker mit möglichst feinem Sieb angerührt werden sollte, da sich sonst Klümpchen bilden. Der Runtime eigene Shaker eignet sich perfekt dafür.Die Version mit 300ml Milch statt Wasser entsprach meinem Geschmack schon mehr und war durch die Milch nochmals nahrhafter.Die angegeben 4-6 Stunden Sättigung traten bei mir nicht ein, ich hatte bei beiden Varianten (Milch und Wasser) nach rund 3 Srunden wieder Hunger.Ich würde trotzdem jedem, der eine schnelle Möglichkeit sucht, satt zu werden, Runtime empfehlen. Es macht wirklich lange satt und ich nehme weniger Wasser, damit es dicker in der Konsistenz ist und esse Obst dazu. So ersetze ich täglich eine Mahlzeit- was den positiven Effekt hat, dass ich 3,5kg abgenommen habe. Mit gesunder Ernährung den restlichen Tag kann es auch zur kleinen Gewichtsreduktion genutzt werden. Aber das wichtigste: Schmeckt auch super! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kaufempfehlung! Wild Berry's sind nicht mein Geschmack aber auf jeden Fall noch genießbar. Es macht satt und das für eine lange Zeit. Und ich bin jemand der eigentlich viel isst und schnell wieder hunger bekommt. Was mich an den Meal's stört ist die Verpackung. Erstmal ist sie komplett aus Plastik was ja verständlich ist da es hier immerhin um Lebensmittel geht jedoch ist diese Verpackung in dem "Eimer" komplett unpraktisch. Sie ist viel zu groß (Es ist weniger Pulver im Eimer wie eigentlich hinein passen würde), und am Schluss muss man das restliche Pulver sowieso auslehren weil man nicht mehr vernünftig mit dem Löffel hinunter kommt. Aber was mich eigentlich stört ist das man den Eimer nicht vernünfig entsorgen kann. Er ist sehr groß und nimmt unmengen Platz im Restmüll weg.
