But competing with other brands like jbl and sony of its size... Definitely i stay with logitech. Very sturdy and excellent sound for its size. **Q: can i put on it a carabiner ?** A: Yes you can. I attached mine to a carabiner and it can pretty much be hung or carried anywhere. Well worth the buy if your thinking about it. **Q: does this have a 3.5mm jack to plug to a device with no bluetooth** A: Yes it is. You can use it via Bluetooth or wire connection 3.5mm jack plug in. **Q: What is the difference between the x50 and the x100** A: Hi Mark, The difference between the X50 and X100 is majorly in the build part. The built quality is absolutely stunning with this device. The audio technology used in this speaker is a bit more advanced than the X50. I have had it for several months and it does a great job! It has fallen and been moved around while renovating a house and it still works well. It may not be the best sound quality that your money can buy, but it sounds just fine to me. Best sound quality is turning your phone's volume to max and then adjusting the volume on the speaker. I wanted the most bang for my buck and I believe I found it with this speaker. I like the colors, the ease of use, sound quality, durability, and battery life. It is handy to be able to hang the speaker. I've used it for music and phone calls with the blue tooth connection. The range of the blue tooth is decent. I could have my phone in the living room and this speaker on the front stoop while I was painting outside. If it is paired to more than one device, it will switch over to the closest device. Thankfully, my son and I have relatively similar music taste. I recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good sound qualities, But... *by B***O on July 5, 2020* Got this as a back up for the Easy Acc speaker(love this!!! Just can't find it for the sale price that i originally paid).The sound is nice, the base is nice. It has a good sound and is pretty loud. My only gripe is that the speaker doesn't extend the volume of the device its connected to.For example, the Easy Acc has a separate volume of its own, so i can connect it to my phone, have the phone on 100 volume and THEN increase the volume on the speaker to make the sound even louder. The Logitech does not do that. If the volume on the device its connected to is already at 100, that's it. It doesn't get louder than the device it's commencted to. So hopefully the device it's connected to already gets loud.Overall not bad. Paid the same price for this as the Easy Acc and the sound is almost comparable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent speaker for the price. *by J***R on December 9, 2017* I use this speaker on the inside of my hardhat and my welding helmet. It has taken a nose dive off of a lot of different places and is constantly in a dirty environment. It still sounds as good as it did when I bought it. Just wish the size was a little smaller so it would fit in places better. The only downside I have found is that if I'm in the wide open, range can be disrupted as little as being on the opposite side of my body. In my work place, I have seen it extended up to easily 150 feet. But they likely have bluetooth repeaters for the crane controllers.
