SMALL AND POWERFUL – In these ultra-compact units, built-in lithium-ion batteries provide you with five hours of usage—and dependable, stable wireless performance. The durable metal case makes the transmitter suitable for use in a wide variety of applications. 2.4GHz—FREE FROM INTERFERENCE – What’s the best way to avoid interference? The Xvive U3 digital wireless system broadcasts on the 2.4GHz band, which avoids interference caused by TV stations, public safety broadcasts, cell phone towers, and other high-powered sources. However, some environments are more difficult than others for 2.4GHz wireless system performance. We suggest you keep the transmitter at least 3 meters away from Wi-Fi routers or other wireless systems in the area; and not too far from the receiver. U3 WIRELESS MICROPHONE SYSTEM · The 2.4GHz band is optimal for microphone wireless, and is approved for use worldwide · Less than 5ms latency; simultaneous broadcast on 6 channels · Indoor range: up to 90 feet (actual range depends on RF signal absorption, reflection and interference) · 5 hours of battery life (rechargeable batteries onboard both the transmitter and the receiver) · Works with XLR dynamic microphones and battery-powered condenser microphones · Dynamic range of 110dB · The U3 wireless system aims to remove the complexity and frustration from traditional microphone wireless systems—creating a flexible, all in-one solution that converts your favorite microphone into a wireless mic. Lose the XLR cable Eliminating cables makes your rig look cleaner and allows you to play more freely! More about the U3 and U3C Six channels The unit's 6 channels let you avoid interference on 2.4Ghz frequency bands. Use up to 6 sets at the same time! Simple operation Set the channel on first use, and then every time after, just turn on the power! Built-in lithium battery Rechargeable internal batteries last for more than 5 hours per charge and avoid the waste and inconvenience of AA batteries. Avoid 2.4GHz interference We recommend that you keep your receiver 3 meters away from WiFi devices/routers, or transmitters broadcasting on other channels. For home studios and live performance The U3 wireless system liberates your live performance and even home use letting you enjoy the experience more! Wireless audio system for active loudspeakers and PA systems Set the U3 to Line mode to transmit audio wirelessly from your mixer to your active loudspeakers. Wireless audio with DSLR cameras for video production Transmit audio wirelessly from your mic to your DSLR camera using an XLR audio adapter/preamp.

Review: INCREDIBLE PRODUCT!!!!! - Disclaimer: No one gave this to me to try for free. I paid for it with my hard earned money. I don’t do a lot of reviews but this particular product far exceeded my expectations. I purchased the U3 Dynamic wireless mic adapter a couple months ago. I’ve wanted to go wireless for a while, but didn’t want to cough up the $850 for the Sennheiser 935 wireless mic. Like most other musicians I have a case full of microphones, but I love my Sennheiser 935 and don’t really care for the rest. I was skeptical of the quality of a wireless adapter but I am super impressed with this product. There are not many companies these days that under promise and over deliver, but this is one of them. I sing for about 2-4 hours a day and the battery lasts a long time. It last so long in fact, that I decided to put it on a stopwatch. Every time I would sing I would start the clock and stop it when I finished. It took 4 hours and 23 minutes for the red light to come on at the receiver. It was a total of 8 hours and 6 minutes before it started blinking. There were zero issues with sound quality for that entire time. I can’t say they are all like that, but mine certainly is. I tend to move around the room or venue when I sing so distances varied from 6-25 feet. It didn’t come with a charger, but I’m using a genuine Apple iPad Pro charger that has the usb 2.0 connector for the block. As far as the distance it works, I’ve only been able to go about 70 feet and there were zero issues. Another great thing about these are that they can be attached to anything you don’t want to use a cable for. Also, now that I’m wireless, there are some venues where I can setup before anyone arrives and this enables me to walk the entire venue and get the levels setup from the audience perspective. Sometimes I have friends that sing with me, so I plan to get a second one soon. It’s just an outstanding product. The only thing I can’t comment on is longevity, but if the quality I’ve seen at this point is any indication, I think it will last for quite a while.
Review: Worked perfectly - I recently entertained at two-holiday parties. I was able to use the Xvive U3 Wireless Microphone System to send my audio mix across banquet facilities without the need to run XLR cables around the facilities. My setup consisted of a Bose L1-8, a JBL 10-inch EON powered speaker, an iPad, a NUX B-6 Saxophone Wireless System, an Audio-Technica 3000 Handheld Wireless System, and an iPhone. Before my first event, I tried the system out in my backyard to verify the sound quality, and to ensure the levels and sound quality would be the same as using XLR cabling. I placed the transmitter and the receiver about 75 feet apart and tried everything as if it were the gig. The line/mic switch enabled me to get the appropriate level on the secondary speaker. I had to set the switch to mic for the signal to be equal to that of the main speaker. Everything sounded balanced with this adjustment. The combined system sounded great with the two speakers being approximately 75 feet apart. The first event was on the patio of a restaurant. A parking lot was just outside the area and I was concerned that there might be some interference. I set the system up and verified no interference from any other systems in the area. Everything sounded great! Backing tracks, my saxophone, talkback mic, and house music. It all sounded the same as cabled. There were lots of cell phones and other electronics in the area. No interference issues. The event lasted 5 hours and the battery held up the entire time. The second event, this event was in a banquet hall. Again, I set the system up using the Xvive U3 Wireless Microphone System to send a signal to a 15-inch EON-powered speaker. Again, the system worked flawlessly. The transmitter on the Bose was approximately 75 feet from the power speaker receiver. Again, there were many cell phones and other electronics in the area, and there were no issues. This event lasted approximately 6 hours Excellent product. Works as advertised. Have not tried using the unit with a microphone, but the sound quality as a transmitter to create a wireless speaker setup is excellent. I plan to purchase another set to have the ability to run to a pair of remote speakers without the need for cabling. I would recommend this product to others.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you make this with a headphone output? It would be a game changer for affordable wireless in ear monitoring**
A: 1.) You should be able to plug your ear phones into the camera you're using (IF you are using it with a Camera/Video Camera)
2.) If you have a monitor with Audio (even Portable) they are powered by Battery and it also works if you have the monitor wired with inputs from source.
3.) If you're using on stage for wireless singing or other, you should be able to use multiple transmitters or receivers on the same channel for your ear pieces/headphones/

**Q: With a mic like a Shure 58, will the mic easily slide in and out of a standard round clip while this transmitter is attached?**
A: 4.4 out of 5 stars 409Reviews
Audio 2000s AMC4171 Universal Microphone Clip Holder with Adapter (3 Pack) works well with the Shure 58

**Q: xvive u3 , i like to use it with a mixer & power speaker. what about interference?**
A: I am not sure what interference you might expect in your anticipated usage. I have used it with a mixer to an active PA without a problem. However, there is one circumstance in which I needed to use some creative thinking to eliminate some minor interference. I have an active PA that has Bluetooth which allows one to play music from an MP3 player, a smart phone etc. i often use a second PA connected using the amazing U3 instead of running an XLR from the output of PA #1 to line in of PA 2. The interference happened when the U3 transmitter was plugged directly into the output of pa 1 that was receiving the Bluetooth signal from my phone. I found the music would stutter intermittently. I solved the problem by simple using a short xlr cord to distance the U3 transmitter from the Bluetooth receiver. The U3 is amazingly versatile tool. In any scenario if you experience interference just distance the U3 transmitter with an xlr cord.

**Q: Can two singers standing side-by-side each use their own u3 (sm58) to transmit to two u3 receivers on one mixer without complexity or frustration?**
A: The Xvive U3 have four separate Bluetooth channels. The mic and mixer ends must correspond to work (mic channel 1 - mixer end channel 1, mic two on channel 2 - mixer end on channel 2 etc). I have 2 sets of these and use them routinely with performers side by side without issue.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressed this singer who always said he'd never go wireless!
*by R***N on October 14, 2019*

It only takes one frustrating experience during a live performance to turn a singer off of wireless for life! I've had more than one over the years, some due to limited range/interference, but mostly batteries dying mid performance. I said I'd never go wireless again. In addition to leading Sunday Worship, I am also fronting a classic rock cover band for fun on the weekends. Our sets are high energy, and we play in a wide variety of settings. Some venues provide plenty of room to move, and I found myself wanting more freedom to cover the stage, engage with my bandmates, and generally bounce around and have a good time! I wasn't thrilled about going wireless, but I also don't need to trip over a mic cable. Also, I LOVE my mic! A wireless mic of comparable quality was going to easily run me $400-500. Last but not least, I use a little pedal to provide some reverb and compression. I was unsure if the wireless setup would play well with my pedal. Then I saw the X-Vive U3! It was getting rave reviews, was priced well, and would let me keep my beloved wired mic. With Amazon's return policies and an upcoming gig, I figured I'd give it a try. Worst case I could return it if it failed to meet expectations. I was/am impressed! Super easy to use and set up out of the box. It's small and sleek, but solidly built. Had about a 40% charge out of the box, and the included double micro-USB cable brought it to 100% quickly. I tested it at home with my pedal and a keyboard amp. Mic --> Transmitter --> Receiver --> Pedal --> XLR cable --> amp. Worked great! At the gig I knew range would not be an issue, since it only need to reach my pedal, which I keep by the monitors at my feet. Sound was outstanding! I observed no latency or signal degradation at all. Most impressive was the battery life. We typically do a 3 hour gig separated into 3 sets with 5-10 minutes between. My intent was to charge the unit between sets, but at the end of the 1st set the LED indicator for 50% power had not yet come on. So I put off the recharge. End of 2nd set, same thing! Still above 50% charge! This little unit went the entire 3 hours and never got below 50%! Amazing! Got another gig coming up, so hopefully we'll see a repeat performance from the U3.
