I have used harbinger wrist-wrap weightlifting gloves for 10+ years, and finally decided to switch to wrist supports for my heavier lifts. I only use the wrist supports for bench press, military press and squats. The nylon straps are wide, the cushioning/padding is thick and wider than the nylon strap so it wont dig into your skin. The padding also covers the metal ring, so no pain from the metal ring digging into my skin or wrist. The velcro is sturdy and I have not had any problems with the straps coming loose after they have been secured. The straps provide great stability and actually need to be loosened between sets. They do get wet/soggy after a workout, so it may be a good idea to spray them down or allow them to dry. They do get Overall a great product, great support and they look awesome.
