Follows the story of young Jeth Seagrave and his crew of thieves. After being orphaned at the age of 11(now 17 years old) he has had to turn to a life of crime, and is struggling to make enough money to buy his parents old ship back so he can take himself, and his sister, and live a decent life away from the tyranny of the government.The book mainly revolves around the one last mission he goes on to retrieve a ship holding something very valuable.This book has some great actions scenes, along with thrilling suspense scenes, there's even a little romance to cover all the basis. While the book is said to be the first in a series, there are no sequels listed yet, and the ending has a nice finished feel to it, no cliffhangers in this one. Although there is definitely room for growth in the story, and many adventures to be had ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ truly LOVED this book *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2015* I really, truly LOVED this book. This (and the sequel which I'll be reviewing separately LOL) was one of my fave sci-fi finds in a really long time. I was told it had a similar feel to Firefly minus the frontier side, and it definitely did in the best of ways.That said, it pulled away and found its own identity really quick for me. Tons of gorgeous world building, and even more impressively, the author managed that world building while the plot just flew on. This was fast paced with tons of twists I never saw coming, which is a huge thing for me. I'm a little too good at predicting plot points sometimes.But yeah, all in all, I loved it.
