    Neat Idea, but “One-size-fits-all” Design Doesn’t Work Well for MS

While the idea of an MS-specific journal is neat, the disease is so different for everyone that the execution doesn’t work well, at least for me. The check boxes, doctor appointments, results, etc, are only needed some of the time or rarely - most days they just take up valuable space that I would like for recording what’s relevant to me and my MS. I tried to use this for a couple of weeks and ended up with a lot of empty lines and boxes, while I filled up the blank writing area so much I couldn’t ready my own writing.I’m sure this works well for some. It would be a great tool if possible to customize the categories and check boxes.

This is a very well laid out journal with ample writing area and presented in a  gentle calmness that helps with concentration and thinking. It really would be great for anyone struggling with a disease.  I am glad I purchased it!!
