I also bought the regular cornbread mix with Gluten. I made Cornbread stuffing with both of them in a separate bowl. They both came out amazing. All of the ingredients were identical in the stuffing. I really thought the Gluten Free would take weird. Nope - it tasted just as good as the regular mix. I will definately be buying this again for next Thanksgivings Stuffing!

Being Celiac for many years now, I've seen way more GF products on the market than ever before. Having been diagnosed as an adult, I remember what "gluten" food tastes like. This cornbread mix is the closest thing I have found to regular cornbread, and even my family couldn't tell the difference! Easy to make (you'll need an egg and milk), it comes out perfect in a pan or muffins. Great alternative to gluten-filled regular cornbread mix. A good product!
