So far the sound and range seems pretty good when listening to books or music. Talking on the phone it does cause more echoing for the other caller, but not horrible. I like the charging box and the earbuds are much smaller than anticipated. The volume can be adjusted and turned off from the earbuds. I think my only suggest would to not use these for running. I think it's pretty cool that the case charges them and it has a digital read out telling how much is on the battery. They are held in the case by an internal magnet, so you don't need to worry about them falling out. I shook my head around a bit and they don't fall out. The two little silver prongs are what charge them and the earbuds are labeled left and right. Pretty cool product when you learn the features of the universal button too. Changing tracks, answering and screening phone calls.
