I came from a dual core CPU that I managed to burn a core out on, and I am a huge gamer, so this processor was a huge improvement. This processor handles every game well, and there is little to no lag with the games I play. It works great with my EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC graphics card. I love this processor and it was worth every penny. The heatsink that comes with it is a bit small for what I use, so I swapped it out with the Corsair heatsink that I had on my other CPU and that seems like it has done wonders for my computer's temperature. Both a GPU & CPU baked together is a dream come true. It can play games like Skyrim on high settings. Of coarse it can play Minecraft and lots of games. It may not play games like BF3 on Ultra settings but it can play on mid settings and still tolerable. Just note to go to the AMD website to download the Catalyst program for all the latest drivers so you can use the APU's graphics because right out of the box the drivers will be out of date and won't be able to play ANY games. This is a great processor for entry level pc gamers.
