They were okay but very hot in the summer. After I left the nursing home I looked for breathable incontinent brief, Tena selling the ProSkin brand. They are good, but have a defect. The 'pouch' tears at the back allowing the absorbent material to come out. No pad in the 'pouch'. I complained to Tena and they didn't want to help or listen to me. I then found Depend Men's Briefs. I always read reviews before that they weren't good in fit or something else. I bought a case, I have to say reviews were wrong, or maybe these are better. They have a pad in the 'pouch' Fit medium fits great on me. Very comfortable.
