Great item it matches d dew description perfectly. Definitely worth the cost if you are obsessed with all the other notebooks in the grids in guides collection. It is small though, with the ruling being square it's about palm sized so really not a mini notebook. As well as mot having any info pages between the grid pages was a little disappointing but the front cover inside does have the little charts I look forward to everytime I open a notebook from Princeton Architectural Press.

A bit pricy but I love how you can tuck the cover under the pages to separate the used and unused pages, so you can refer to your notes back with ease etc. it’s perforated too. So you can tear them off easy

Didn’t like this notebook because the top cover is I think - meant to sit under a flap which torn within a day, which means it flaps open and doesn’t stay shut  (needs an elastic band cover). Also pages do not tear off clean at all and leave a pile of torn edges at the top. Finally the tiny graph pattern is only one sided. Wouldn’t buy again.
