How to use                                        Lay the Bed of Nails pillow on the floor or a mattress and slowly lower yourself onto it. Lay a sheet over the pillow until your skin gets used to the spikes. Initially lie on the Bed of Nails pillow for 10 - 15 mins, then build up to 20 - 30mins. Use as often as you need - preferably daily. Don't be alarmed if your skin  feels warm and tingly, and it's perfectly safe to fall asleep for a while.
