- 6-8% cocoa light Cocoa lite is a delicious, smooth and creamy milk chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. (Cocoa "Lite" represents light colored chocolate, not fewer calories or fat).
- 6-10% cocoa dark Cocoa dark is a delicious, smooth and creamy dark chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste
- white:Merckens white is a delicious, smooth and creamy vanilla flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. White and colored confectionary candy coatings combine sugar, milk and vegetable oil. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added.
