Seriously, this is a super product, i recommend this product as well! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure it is what you want *by A***N on February 21, 2010* I went through Physical therapy for a shoulder problem, and one of the issues I deal with is a need to get my shoulder to release. I was directed to use a roller underneath my spine and allow my shoulders to release due to gravity-exactly the position shown in the amazon video. This roller works perfectly. A couple things to be aware of: 1. It is not a pillow. I would say it has about the same level of softness as a bale of hay. It will give a little bit, but it a very stiff piece of foam. The roller I used at physical therapy was somewhat softer than this one. 2. It is about the same diameter as a roll of paper towels. 3. The outer layer is a bit rougher than I would have liked- it hurts a little bit when you scrape it against bare skin. On the other hand, it stays where you put it, either on wooden or carpeted floors, which helps out. It comes with a sheet of exercises, which did not seem too useful, but again, I was using it for an exercise that a physical therapist had already demonstrated. I have been using it for about two weeks now, and there has been no sign of it softening or being deformed.
