## Questions & Answers

**Q: "A certain degree of heating"? What's the range, is it 5c or 20c above room temp (20c -ish)?**
A: Depends on how hard you load the pi, i would guess around our higher than 20 degrees of you are running anything with a screen on the pi

**Q: I bought this and installed it on my rasberry pi4.  when I plug into the mini usb it lights up but when I click the white button I get no power?**
A: The battery isn't plugged in properly. Pull it out and plug it back in.

**Q: Can I use any 3.7V lipo battery with this product?**
A: I would guess the "seller" is wrong here.  Clearly you need a 5V supply to charge the device, but the battery used is a 3.7V batters (as indicated in specs and on the board itself)

After receiving the product I connected my Pi and a 3.7v 1800mAh Lipo battery. When powering the unit the lights came on solid then started blinking rapidly.  No video, no boot.  I removed the HAT board and tried powering the device and its dead.  I pulled the sd card and installed it in another PI, it worked fine.  This device in the blink of an eye destroyed my Pi.  Not recommended to say the least.
