Good quality product. Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol compound found in the skin of red grapes, berries, peanuts, and red wine, known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and potential anti-aging properties. I find the supplement is helping with my overall inflammation levels, the pain is reduced, I'm feeling more mobile and less stressed when I take them. They are expensive but when taken the benefit into consideration well worth the money. This order will cover a 2 months supply. As I have a history of low platelets I'm careful with this supplement as it works as an anti platelet agent. So while I do have regular blood tests I have to monitor myself checking on increased bruising. So after taking these for 2 weeks at 1 capsule a day I found an increase in large bruises so took a break for a week before recommencing this.
