Gives a cooling tingle feeling in the scalp and tea tree oil promotes hair growth which is a bonus because I have thin hair and who doesn't want more hair? I use this product every time I wash my hair and I also bought the body wash from this brand but the conditioner isn't as moisturizing as I would like. I have thin long straight hair (Chinese). Oh fun fact after a few months of using this product my hair grew like weeds! But everyone is different just a reminder. **UPDATE December 2017 It’s been a year or so since I bought this gallon shampoo and it’s still amazing! Love that it has tea tree oil because it helps manage the ph level on my scalp and help promote hair growth! I did got bored with this shampoo due to the smell. But totally regret it and reminded me why I love this shampoo!! Used another brand of sulfate free shampoo yes it left my hair smelling nice however my scalp didn’t feel as clean. I love the tingling feeling on my scalp with this shampoo (from the essential oils) 1) I know it’s working 2) I know my scalp will be clean. I have oily hair and I wash it twice a week but since I cut my hair shoulder length to donate it’s harder to just do a updo when my hair gets oily. 3) hair growth!! For me 1 inch each month!!!
