I have a glock 21 with 45acp. My mag holds 13. It is snug but works. **Q: Will these mag pouches fit the sw mp shield 2.0 .45 caliber?** A: I just got them today and they fit my S&W M2.0 45 shield mags. **Q: Will this fit 3 and 4 0z pepper spray cans?** A: I'm not familiar with dimensions of 3 or 4 oz pepper spray cans. However, these pouches fit my tactical flashlight just fine, which is about 1" in diameter and about 5" long, as well as my 12-round double stack magazine. I love these handy pouches; they work equally well IWB or OWB, and I'll probably order another 2-pack of them. The only drawback I've noticed is that the clips don't catch as well as I'd like on my belt, and I have inadvertently pulled the pouch off my belt a couple times. Other than that, you can't beat 'em for versatility and utility, and the price is very reasonable. So much better than hard pouches that are always terribly uncomfortable to use IWB. I love my holster but the magazine carrier is like some kind of medieval puritan torture device designed to ensure you are never comfortable. I have tried it in every possible position and location and it is just horribly uncomfortable. So, I shopped around for something like these and I am pleased with my purchase. They seem well made and the belt clips a strong and sturdy. And most importantly to me, these are super comfortable IWB. I have a Shield Plus and the magazine is not overly easy to get in. Taking it out is fine, but it is a bit of work and a tight fit getting it in there (no comments). From an EDC perspective, this is not an a issue at all. However, during training when I am swapping out a lot of magazines I will likely (shudder) use my old composite one.
