I use 6-8 bags per 8 cups of water, steep 20 minutes, refrigerate then mix 1/2 tea & 1/2 water, sweeten, then mix in salt sole in my quart tumbler. There is a mildly bitter taste from the hibiscus but it disappears with sweetener of choice.
