With a slightly increased need , I could not change the pad fast enough to avoid an irritation problem that is worsening over time. Going up in number-same issue. It became evident they were not absorbent and the bunching up only increased, further exacerbating my irritation.. Then I tried TENA and my troubles are over! These comfortable pads lay flat-do not bunch, are very absorbent, stay-put, and are a longer length= a WINNER! My irritation is subsiding...yay!
