I plan to keep it in my car since it is only used with a cigarette lighter outlet, but I will certainly be able to use it for more that my car. I have several volleyballs, a couple basketballs, a couple soccer balls, some spike balls and a football. When I get them out after the winter, they always need to be pumped up. I always use a hand pump, and getting them to the right PSI is such a pain! I absolutely love that you can set this little compressor to the desired PSI and it will turn off once it reaches the desired pressure. I filled up my football yesterday in less than a minute, including setup of the compressor and the inflation. Same thing with pumping up a car tire. I used to constantly have to switch between the compressor and the pressure gauge. Back and forth over and over until I hit the proper pressure. Once again, I input the pressure I want the tire and the compressor shuts off once it hits the right pressure! This is truly a time saver for me. If there is anything I could change about this, I would make it also work with a wall outlet so I don’t have to go to my car to use it. That is why I gave it 4 stars.
