If you hook your thermostat C wire (common) to the motor C terminal and hook your thermostat G wire (fan) to the motor Speed5 (or any other speed) terminal then the thermostat commands the blower motor on and you're good to go. Does not use the PSC external capacitor - just remove it. Working great. Obviously high build quality. Very nice motor. The direction auto-learning is impressive. Easily installed directly in place of my previous version, including the wiring; so all I had to do was mount and plug in. Save yourself over a thousand dollars and replace yourself.
